Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

We deliver across Pakistan.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on your city and courier service.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
We aim to keep delivery affordable and reliable for all customers.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message. Our team may contact you if additional details are needed.

Delivery Attempts

Courier services usually make two to three delivery attempts. Please keep your phone active to avoid delays.

We want you to love your purchase from AlSunnah Hijab. Please read our return and exchange guidelines carefully.

Eligible for Exchange

You may request an exchange only if:

  • You received a defective or damaged item
  • You received an incorrect product (wrong item or wrong color)

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Slight color variations due to lighting or screen display
  • Used, washed, or altered items

Please check the size details carefully before ordering.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via phone or email with your order details.
  2. Share clear pictures of the issue (defect/incorrect item).
  3. Our team will review and confirm your exchange.
  4. You will need to send the item back in unused condition with all tags attached.
  5. Once received, we will dispatch the replacement item.

Return Shipping Cost

In case of defective or incorrect products, we will guide you through the process.
In other cases (if allowed), return shipping expenses must be borne by the customer.
