Refund Policy

At Al Sunnah Hijab, we aim to provide high-quality hijabs and modest wear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund if:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Your request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Due to hygiene reasons, hijabs and clothing items that have been worn, tried on with makeup, or altered cannot be accepted.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong color/perception due to screen differences
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at alsunnahhijab@gmail.com or message us on 0341-4412528 within 7 days.
  2. Provide your order number and a photo/video of the issue.
  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on returning the product.

Customers must courier the product back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the fault is from our side.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–7 working days through your original payment method (PayFast, bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash).
  • If your return is rejected, we will notify you with the reason.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or wrong items.
If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders paid in advance can only be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and the return policy applies.
